We are sad to say goodbye to a stalwart supporter of Talbot County Talbot County Emergency Services (DES) and a long time member of the Talbot Paramedic Foundation. General Andy Anderson shared the vision of a unified county-wide EMS system. He was a kind and gracious person. We will miss his wisdom and friendship. Rest in peace and thank you for your service General.
